We accept return requests for eligible products that are new, unused, unworn, undamaged, and in resaleable condition within 14 days from the delivery date.
To request a return, contact us at support@elshabourywatches.com with your order number, contact details, reason for return, and supporting photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Our support team will confirm the available return method for your order.
Items purchased from the Website must be returned with the purchase invoice, warranty card, and all included accessories before a refund can be approved.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we usually review the request within 3 to 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where applicable. For Cash on Delivery orders, our support team will coordinate the available refund method. Bank or payment provider processing times may vary. Return shipping fees may apply unless the return is due to our error or a defective or incorrect item.
Promotional gifts: If your order included a promotional gift, the gift must be returned with the product. If it is missing, used, or damaged, its value may be deducted from the refund.
Damaged or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at support@elshabourywatches.com. Keep the item and packaging until we review the case. We may request photos or additional information before arranging a replacement, return, or refund.
Incorrect shipping address: If an order is returned because the address provided was incomplete, incorrect, or could not be reached, the customer may be responsible for the original shipping fees and any reshipping fees.
Return inspection rules: Returned products are inspected before approval. We may reject or reduce a refund if the item is used, worn, scratched, resized, missing tags, missing plastic protectors, missing accessories, missing warranty card, missing invoice, damaged after delivery, or otherwise not in resaleable condition.
Product-specific exceptions: Used or worn watches, removed tags or plastic protectors, resized bracelets, engraved or customized items, opened or used perfumes, personal accessories, and items with missing or altered warranty cards may be ineligible for return unless required by applicable law or unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Warranty service is separate from returns: A product that is outside the return window or no longer in resaleable condition may still be eligible for warranty inspection if covered by the applicable brand, manufacturer, distributor, or store warranty.
